Positive: -The outdoor, massive, infinity pool was stunning! -The staff were very welcoming, attentive and thorough. -The food course selections were super, with yummy wine and a good variety of tasty treats included in the booking. -Afternoon tea was excellent, although having arrived later in the day meant we were fairly full before dinner.

Negative: -The ocean panorama from the room was lovely but our balcony overlooked the front entrance, with a huge wooden structure partially obscuring the view. -The room wasn’t soundproof with noise travelling from other floors. -Despite the bed being really comfortable, with the duvet being cosy and of high quality, even with the air-conditioning on, it was far too warm overnight. A simple additional sheet would have helped. -The food was fresh and looked great but a number of the dishes lacked flavour for the overall price paid.

Summary: Mainly highs, some lows! A bit too pricy!!
